For the longest time I wanted to see the Grand Tetons. I did finally. Plus Yellowstone, Cameron Pass, Colorado, Montana, Wyoming, North Dakota and South Dakota. I will slowly be posting pictures but it is slow going. I am glad I brought both camera's. My spare battery on the Canon died and it took me awhile to get used to using it. Today the store replaced the entire camera because the battery was dead. So today I start all over with a brand new Canon. So anyway....expect lots of pictures slowly. It takes so much time to sort and download them.

This entry just had the red X on it from my computer. Looking forward to seeing all those pictures. Get one up tomorrow for the summer fun entry on Community photo challenge. I haven't done anything this summer for fun so I suppose I will skip this one. Helen

These are so beautiful! I have been wanting to get out there for a long, long time. These are some of the most picturesque mountains around I think. I can't believe that they replaced the entire camera for the battery. That sounds quite strange. I wonder if it was an internal problem in the camera, or if that was just the easiest thing for them to do to fix the problem.
